Account Executive

Position Overview
Reporting to the VP Sales & Marketing, the Account Executive is responsible for managing client relationships via regularly planned customer-lifecycle touch points.  Major duties include selling new accounts, upgrading/cross-selling existing accounts, renewing accounts, and providing superior customer service & support. The ideal candidate will have strong web based and program based marketing experience in a government and business environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain client relationships to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Proactively communicate on quarterly basis with all customers to identify new sales opportunities, provide customer service, and ensure account renewals.
  • Respond to Request for Proposals (RFP) in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • Work with customers to identify challenges that our products can solve.
  • Conduct professional and informative sales presentations.
  • Share expertise and best practices with new recruits and co-workers.
  • Provide market intelligence to VP’s to identify product improvement areas.
  • Gather competitive intelligence regarding pricing and other information.
  • Execute direct marketing campaigns such as cold calling, or email marketing.
  • Provide monthly opportunity pipeline and report on specific campaigns.
  • Suggest improvements that can be made to increase value of collateral.
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge and attend all training sessions.
  • Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in customer relationship management (CRM) system.  Clean data when appropriate.
  • Participate in coaching sessions to find opportunities for improvement.
  • Attend industry conferences to network and develop industry expertise.

Job Requirements
  • University degree or college diploma in business or a related field.
  • 2 years work experience in public sector software application environment.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and product selling methodologies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain an upbeat and positive attitude at all times.
  • Willing to travel up to 30%.
  • Strong work ethic – our top representatives make over 30-50 calls per day.
  • Ability to work in self-directed, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Highly proficient computer skills including email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.


Software Engineer, Level II

Position Overview
Reporting to the Principal Engineer, the Software Engineer, Level II is responsible for working with the product development team focused on developing web based healthcare solutions for large scale end-to-end healthcare reporting systems.  Reporting systems include government driven and client desired capabilities.  This position is expected to contribute solutions in a collaborative team environment.  Extensive experience in the healthcare industry is critical for the candidates success of contributing in a faced pace and deadline driven department.  In addition the candidate should have working knowledge of Web 2.0 technology, Microsoft SQL Server, and familiarity with Oracle database systems. 

Responsibilities

  • Deep technical background in data management including ER modeling, dimensional modeling.
  • Solid relational database experience in SQL/Oracle environments, data marts, OLAP capabilities.
  • Proven track record of providing business value through business intelligence solutions.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is completed for specific project, ie: data dictionary, ETL strategy documents, conform dimension templates, metric templates, etc.
  • You will be required to provide project analysis, design, development, build, test, implementation and maintenance of Business Intelligence reports and ad-hoc reporting interfaces.
  • Perform product analysis against various data sources including Clinical, Financial, Benchmarking, Human Resources and other related data sources.
  • Report on progress and deliverables against plan.- Prepare conceptual, logical and physical design documents and review with Information Delivery team members and customers.
  • Participate in design/code reviews.
  • Assist with multidimensional modeling and end-user ad-hoc reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with Business Reporting Analysis teams and BI teams to design and develop new enterprise reporting solutions.
Job Requirements
  • University degree or Master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 4 years work experience in a database solutions development environment.
  • Strong business skills in a Healthcare environment should be equally balanced with strong technical skills.
  • Experience with databases will require extensive programming skills and table integration.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.



Administrative Specialist

Position Overview
This person reports to the Office Manager and is responsible for providing a variety of administrative support tasks including file management, computer support functions, assistance with travel arrangements, coordination of client related events, and receptionist related functions.   The ideal candidate will be a self starter and work effectively and in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

  • Set-up new account files, product deployment schedules and extensive scheduling related tasks.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills using a variety of mediums.
  • Proven track record of providing superior customer support and professional interaction.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is completed in a timely fashion with a strong focus on quality.
  • Ability to work with database analysis tools and running reports.
  • Demonstrated experience working with CRM programs and supporting proposal efforts.

Job Requirements

  • AA Degree in business with a focus on accounting or marketing.
  • 4 years work experience in a dynamic collaborative environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multi-task while interacting with clients.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, CRM programs and graphics a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
