Elation Systems was started for the initial purpose of providing web based solutions to address labor compliance reporting, monitoring, and enforcement of the Davis Beacon requirements.  The labor compliance module is Elation Systems original product and continues to streamline the Federal reporting requirements.  This scalable solution is a comprehensive, web based, on demand solution to completely address the public works projects reporting and monitoring requirements set forth by the Davis-Bacon Act. It was designed to significantly reduce the reporting burden on the contractors, and subcontractors and at the same time ease the administrative efforts placed on the public agencies to monitor the compliance issues.
